XD series vacuum pump is single stage rotary vane vacuum pump oil seal type. It is the main equipment for low and medium vacuum. It could be used alone or be the pre-vacuum pump for wheel mechanical booster pump or molecular vacuum pump, etc.
XD series vacuum pump adopts the advanced foreign technology, and the vulnerable parts use imported parts or material which could replace the similar foreign product in terms of use.
 
 Principle of Vacuum 
Inside the round pump body with both sucking valve and exhausting valve, there installed a centrifugal rotor and a rotor trough with three vanes driven by centrifugal power. The vanes separate the pump inner space into three parts and the respective volume changes periodically while the rotor turns. The sucking, compressing and exhausting stages eliminate the air at the inlet and achieve the state of vacuum.

Application
The XD series vacuum pump is suitable for low and medium vacuum field to suck air and other dry gas. But it can’t be used to suck corrosive, toxic, flammable and explosive gas nor the gas contains tiny particles or dusts.It also can’t be used to transport other small objects.
XD series vacuum pump can work in a long time in the environment of temperature 5-30℃, humidity≤800%, well-ventilated room.
Besides of the above application, XD series vacuum pump can apply the application range, such as:
1, It could equip with roots pump to increase the pumping volume and improve the vacuum degree.
2, It could equip gas ballast valve on the pump and install a condenser before the pump if it is used to suck moist air or non-condensable gas.
3, It can install dust filter before the pump if it is used to suck gas with dust particles.
4, It can install gas filter of corrosion resistance if it is used to suck corrosion gas.
